VCET Lunch & Learn: Hiring Interns in Vermont
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
The easiest way to hire interns has arrived. Introducing the UVM Micro Internship Program!
In this hour long info session, we’ll take a deep dive into the new micro-internship program connecting UVM students and Vermont businesses. The team at the UVM Career Center will guide us through the program, share it’s successes so far in our community, and advise businesses on best ways to move forward with posting projects and hiring students for gig-based work. Whether you’re a startup, small business, or simply looking for some extra help, join this session to learn how easy it can be to hire interns in Vermont.
About the Speakers: The UVM Career Center’s Career Counselor Andrea Stanley, and Assistant Director for External Partnerships, Amanda Van Vranken.
