VCET Lunch and Learn: Is it Time to Transform Grind Culture?
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Grind culture is hard. Whether you’re growing your career or running a business, it’s easy to fall into overwork and burnout. The pandemic has shown us new ways of thinking about work-life integration. For many of us living in Vermont, we’ve been able to enjoy the benefits that close proximity to nature offers for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Wellbeing is intrinsically creative (we shape it as we go) and even the smallest choices translate into actionable, adjustable changes to better support our work and activities. What insights from the pandemic and our relationship with nature can we draw upon to inform how we work and live going forward?
Join us Tuesday, July 13 for a Lunch and Learn with Sharon Unis, Founder of Waterbear Planet, where we’ll dive into strategies and ideas for getting creative with our wellbeing to recharge our batteries regularly and avoid burnout.
