VCET Lunch & Learn: Strategic Innovation and Disaster Planning for the Future

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Covid may have brought us ‘the disaster of the century’, but part of being in and staying in business is having the proper foundations in place to weather whatever particular storm the world throws your way, before you get hit. Join father and daughter organizational development consultants Peter and Alexa Cole to learn systems and strategies that will help both you and your team manage whatever comes your way, and have fun doing it.

About the Speakers: Peter and Alexa Cole of Cole Consulting

Peter Cole

The focus of Peter’s work is coaching executives and their teams. He helps leaders and those they lead to be aligned while working toward a common vision and the goals to get there. Woven into his practice are the grass root threads of the jobs and careers that came before – listening to understand, teaching from the heart, finding the courage to go deeper and learning to work collaboratively. With offices in both the NY Metropolitan area and Northern Vermont he brings his clients the best of both worlds, cross pollinating New York’s expedient professionalism and Vermont’s entrepreneurial social responsibility.

Alexa Cole

Alexa is a coach, facilitator and mediator with over ten years of experience. She has managed teams in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and helped hundreds of executives and mid-level managers–in companies as diverse as Kaiser Permanente, Google, Coach, and SAP gain greater confidence and connection in their business and personal lives. With a Masters Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and advanced training in emotional-intelligence tools, effective communication, and group facilitation, Alexa employs a discerning, solution-forward approach with each of her clients.
