VCET is partnering with Aleria Research to offer a deep dive into why equity, inclusion, and belonging are crucial to your startup.
Building upon the foundational concepts shared in the Better Startup Workshop, a Kauffman-supported project to help startups leverage diversity & inclusion as a competitive advantage, this workshop dives deeper into the value and importance of workplace inclusion. While focused on startups, much of the material in this session can be of benefit to companies of any size and maturity.
