We want our work to be energized by our life, however, we want our life to be free of work at times. Join us for this one-hour interactive session to share tools and tips for being fully engaged yet being able to practice the art of healthy detachment. We’ll address the chronic dissatisfaction that comes from feeling like you need to do more than you can realistically do, how to set appropriate limits and boundaries, and how to make sure you have time for you. Flip’s approach is a light-hearted but in-depth look at working and living well, presented in a unique news-you-can-use format. This seminar will provide you with real options, helpful resources, and renewed optimism.
