Join Peter Cole and Sara Holloway to talk about resiliency and how to bounce back from a set back.

When things don’t go according to plan and we find ourselves dealing with a set-back, it can sometimes be hard to find our mojo again.  Whether we’ve had a small loss or a big one, we can find ourselves ruminating, wallowing and revisiting the same scenarios over and over again only to arrive at the same answer – which, of course, is the definition of insanity.  We’ve all been there. So, why do we fall into that mental trap and what can we do to get out of it? What does it mean to be resilient?  Resiliency is about detaching from and letting go of the things we can’t influence and focusing on the relationships and activities that bring us joy and purpose and a sense of optimism.  How do we shift our mindset in this direction when we get stuck?  How do we foster more resilient teams, organizations and communities? Come to this lunch and learn to explore…
